Lighting Problem

Ok - I hate to ask this but my daddy always said there is no stupid question. I have search the forum and can't specifically find suggestions so here I go....

I have a 1929 Ford Coupe and ready to get it on the road. The issue is that I have no headlight, no brake light and the horn does not work. I traced the electrical and have power to where the lighting bale connects to the steering column.

My guess is that there is something there not making a good connection?
How would I correct this if that is the problem?

Thanks in advance for all the advice. If photo's are needed I can send...

Re: Lighting Problem

With yur description and tracings my first guess is you have a disconnect inside the light switch contraption at the bottom of the steering column. Joint came unsoldered or broke. Wire worn through (from flexing). With either of the senerios possiblilty of short - and fire - is BIG.

Where you is in Texas. ken
