Loctite for pressure plate finger adjusting nuts I am wondering how many Model A folks use Loctite to lock down pressure plate finger adjustment nuts instead of staking the nuts and if any of you have had any problems with this method. Also which is the best formula of Loctite to use (number and color)

Re: Loctite for pressure plate finger adjusting nuts I use Loctite on all fasteners. there is one for every application. I would recommend the red that needs heat to undo.

Re: Loctite for pressure plate finger adjusting nuts There is also a green version that will wick into the threads after you get it adjusted right. I think it's the same strength as the red.
