1935 Rumble Seat Removal

Can someone guide me as how to best remove the rumble seat from a 35 ford coupe? I need access to the top of the gas tank. I'm sure all I need is to remove the seat cushions but not sure slide back, slide front, ???

Lift up on the front of the seat cushion and then pull it forward and out. The back cushion has two screws at the bottom after they are removed lift up and out.

Got it, thanks.
Wish I had known this Saturday before I pulled the brand new gas tank, pump, and sending unit out. Finally figured the puzzle out yesterday and got the tank out and noticed the trap door to access the pump flange.....
