The Green Book doesn't have what you are looking for?

Gary, The rear spring that was installed on your '39 convertible when new had ten leaf's. I have no specifications available for load.
I would STRONGLY suggest you find a NOS assembly. They are around and not too costly.
Reproduction springs often don't consider authentic load ratings, at least not well enough to restore the engineered ride height and handling characteristics.
I've attached a photograph of a chassis I'd restored for a 39 convertible. Note the tapered ends of the individual leaf's.

When I did the front springs on my'29 pickup, Carpenter had lots of NOS spring sets.
