World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? I am selling a car on Hemmings and this guy called me.
Has anyone heard of them or dealt with them? For $200 it sounds good, but I want to make sure they are not a scam. They only take checks which to me seems good. www.worldwideinvestmentcars.com |
Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? You might do better and google them and check with the BBB.

Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? I need a company like that to help sell a car I no longer need. I bet they don't operate outside the US.

If your car is good and the price is fair it will sell...putting it on Hemming is all you need to do. |

Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? WoW! Theres a lot on their website. I think he may need some grammar lessons, he certainly says you (instead of your, you're) too much. May be legit, but who knows? He goes out of his way to convince one that he is not a scam, maybe too much so.

Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? OK, based on the jalopy journal info I will keep my $200.

Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? Look into selling on Ebay.

Re: World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards. Do you know them? Old31, wise choice to keep your $200. I wouldn't go for that lengthy glossed over sales pitch at all.

Last car I sold on Hemmings, we had three offers in two weeks. One from England. Good luck. |

Do that and the car will sell itself. |

Other Ford clubs are questioning the validity of World Wide Investments & Stephen Edwards and that is not a sign of something bad, but you would think, if it was something worthwhile, someone in one of these groups would have glowing reviews of how good they are. In my view, when something sounds too good to be true, and I gotta pay $200 to find out how true it is, I will pass! I would suggest you do the same but it is your $200.00. |
