What Do These Numbers Mean

I was working on my '46 Super Deluxe Coupe, and had to remove the rear seat. Hog ringed to the seat frame was a metal tag with numbers on it. Any ideas what they represent?

Part number. 21A designates 42 Ford, the rest is part number. So apparently the 46 shared the same seat springs as the 42.

Thank you Ken for identifying the number, and thus the seat. I know that Ford sometimes used parts that were "left over" from previous production runs, but is surprises me that a '42 seat would be left over and installed in a '46, considering the war effort to conserve materials. Life is full of surprises.

As I recall if the part did not change from year to year the part # remained the same.
