body repair question

Does anyone have any pics or description of repair in the area between the patch panel (lower quarter) and the inner subframe?
On a coupe, between rear of door and front of wheel well.
Have some ideas of my own but would like to see what others have done.

This was folded over and spot welded to the sill (subrail).
