screw size 32 floor boards
 

I looked thru rehor's book and did not see floor board screw/bolt size and thread pitch..mine were missing and i tried several misc screws and none fit,don't want to force things.. ..sc

Originally 12-24 x 1 1/8" flat head slotted, but finding anything these days in 12-24 is a challenge, let alone in a somewhat odd length. I believe that both thirdgen (Michael Driskell) and fordbolts (Roy Nacewicz) carry them, probably 1 1/4" long.

Yes 12x24..went to two large hardware stores and finally found 12x24x1.5 in stainless only..no one makes #12 anymore..learn something ever day eh.tnx mch...sc

Fordscript.com Roy has all the right screws bolts and parts and knows 32's big time. Great guy.

There's lots of #12 machine screws on a 32 Ford. And a few #14 wood screws, which are almost as hard to find. Why, Henry, why?

Some of the V-8 parts vendors sell floorboard screw kits with the cup washers. it's actually the best way to buy them in the kit.
