The Gas Monkey program did a white 55 (not a Vic) a while ago. It looked pretty decent as I recall. That said, I haven't watched those programs in years now and can only stand to listen to BS for no longer than 30 seconds.

couldnt agree more.5 minutes is enough for most of them.i would love nothing better than to watch something civilized but they just cant seem able to do it.

If this is the one that did that new truck and cut the wiring harness for that guy that got that one settlement then they have a big lawsuit on their hands. I know people at work that knows about this the fireman I think he is has a lawsuit on the builders cause his truck is undriveable as it goes into limp mode constantly and they were just like "well what you want we don't know we cant fix that" basically washing their hands of him.

I tried to watch that show. I love to see old cars being renovated but those guys are just clowns. I thought they were trying to impress someone by looking stupid and then they speak and you realize... they actually are stupid.
And have no sense of artistic taste at all.

There are a couple of shows on Motortrend (the old Velocity Chanel) that are worth watching but you know how long that lasts. They always have to have drama in there and that ruins it for me. The guy from the gas monkey garage has a shop rehab show and you know that's all going to be crap. I just want to see them work on the cars even if it is condensed. The drama can go in the dumpster as far as I'm concerned.
