That's the address on his site. I would think if it was incorrect there would be a lot of stuff going to the wrong location!

He moved his shop to his house at the first of 2018 (I think it was 2018). If it was before then when you got the address it has changed.

I sent him some parts in mid October and that's the address he gave me. It matches the address on the web site as well.
