Please advise the teeth count for 1937-48 banjo 3:25 ratio

That ratio was not produced by Ford. It's not shown in the Big Green Book.
However, Speedway sells it.
Give them a call and talk to their tech folks. Ask your question and also where it's made.

I think Speedway's is made in Mainland China.V8 Ford Sales in SC has them .Theirs is Motive made in Italy.I just looked on their Website.Tooth count is 12/39

Speedway also had the Italian gears when I was thinking about buying a set of 3.54's from them, but that could have changed. I know a lot of people who have bought their gears from Speedway and are happy with them. They also had the best price @ $350.00 per set at that time, while others selling the same gears were always higher in price @ $450.00 or more.

I have had several sets of Motive brand gears in the past , and have had no problems w/any of them .
