32BB Truck Exhaust?

anyone have a pic of what the exhaust is supposed to look like on a 32 flatbed 4cyl truck? I only have the downpipe from the manifold. Don't see anything available from MACs so considering making my own. Trying to get an idea of routing.

Did you try reading the instruction book that came with the car? Their illustration for the lubrication chart should have what you need.

This link has photos of what another owner had for an exhaust on his 1932 BB truck.

Some manufacturers put the outlet of the exhaust before the rear axle. The photos on the link indicate that that job was built to go over the rear axle. The outlet isn't shown but the hump part is. It also looks to be dropped a bit to clear the brake shaft. I have no idea if it is anywhere close to OEM but it looks like a decent enough job to get by.

Waldron's has stuff for the 1/2-ton but not for the larger BB.

From the June,1932 issue of the Service Bulletins; not great but better than nothing. Reprint copies of the '32 Service Bulletins show up regularly on ebay for less than $20. There's one listed now for under $11.

Just imagine what these vehicles would be like today if everyone consistently followed the recommended service!

You might check with Michael Driskell (thirdgenautomotive.com) as I recall him having a NOS muffler/inlet pipe assembly not that long ago. He might even have NOS BB tail pipes.
