Help, what goes where?

Need help determining what control goes into each hole. The car is a 1948 Ford Tudor. Car was disassembled when purchased. Thought one of you fellas with a '48 could set me straight.

Starter button, light switch, throttle cable, choke cable & cigar lighter from left to right, number 6 should not be there,
