How to paint 1931 radiator shell inserts?
 

I forgot what color the top and bottom inserts of a 1931 stainless radiator shell should be painted? Lower piece black and upper piece body color, right?
My Judging Standards are currently buried due to an office move.....

JS sez the upper panel is painted the lower body color. Lower radiator shell panel is painted either black or lower body color.
