Is the bell housing AND transmission painted Ford green same as the engine from the factory or was any of it painted black ?

Just green.

Al the cast pieces are painted Ford engine green. All of the stamped steel pieces are painted black.

And the back half of the U joint housing is black, like the rear end assembly.

Which ever of the 7 or maybe more shades of green that were using during Model A production, the engine, flywheel housing, bell housing and transmission or any other part painted engine green, should be the same shade.
