I received an e-mail from a friend today requesting that he review a new book that I (supposedly) wrote, a link was provided. Please note: I have not written any new book, and don't plan on doing so in the future. DO NOT OPEN ANY SUCH LINK!!!

About a year ago I got an email from Jim also, but I knew Jim didn't send it, so I sent it to junk email.

My daughter just got hacked except she started to receive all kinds of packages of stuff from ebay mostly. About $2000 worth on her credit card that is on file with ebay and amazon and probably others. I don't see how the hackers make money doing this? Jack

harryc, I've only written one book, back in 2013 with occasional small additions on later printings. It's about performance 4-bangers.

There was probably a screwup. The billing should’ve went to you, and the packages to them at a different address.

Thanks Jim -I have that one-- I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something as it seems like I saw someone mentioning your "new" book within the last few month.
