Where can i find a good torque chart/info about the most torque on a model T? Is there any summary somewhere?

Ok, ford did not use torque wrench back then, but different length of wrenches and turned them until the hair on the arm stood up...?

Sage advise. For old bolts and nuts on the Model T, don't use any wrench longer than factory tools. I always stay with 3/8" socket set, the handle is about 8" long, can't get into too much trouble unless you are Gov. Arnold.

As for torque on head bolts....be careful on early blocks, later blocks can take up to 50 ft/lbs. Torque to that after hot too, to seat the head bolts. You'll find they back off to about 45 after running a bit when new gasket is used.

I have now understand that i have to be careful, not to use too much torque. Thanks tmodelman.
I'm not a purist, so i will use model A headbolts and nuts. I believe i have a -25 engine..
My title says -23, but engine number says -10 (203xxx)
High head, 4 dip pan, no ford text on block, all three bands are the same width, one piece valve cover, large hogs head cover etc.
What does this mean? June 1925?

When you have taken apart and put together as many T engines as I have you develop a feel for tight that never goes away. Those of us who have been there know when tight is tight and just where the "too tight" line is. I wouldn't venture a guess what the torque wrench would say but rest assured things may be made properly tight with no measuring besides the feel of the situation.

Modeltman is right about wrench sizes and John has it correct about the "tight feel". I guess it explains the reason for all those cotter pinned bolts all over the car and engine. The only torque spec I've ever seen is for the head bolts.

Tom, I think Langs and other parts venders have torque specifications in their catalogs. You might try looking up one of the venders on line, they have most of their catalogs shown in their Websites and may also show torque specifications.?????
