The new B head water jacket core pretty much finished. I'll send it off to the 3D sand printing facility for quoting and get these things under way.

Hey Tod,
NICE 'crowfoot' type combustion chamber !
I'm thinking that this would run well at 7:1 CR.

That's the idea.

We just poured new aluminum Thomas and dual plug heads and a sample OHV is next.

Don't be too impressed, Bill. I'm just a simple guy, too. Believe me, it isn't very difficult.

Interesting comment. I always liked cast iron. More compatible with the iron block in terms of expansion and contraction and less likely to corrode. What do you like about aluminum?

He has an aluminum block being finished up at my place right now. My guess is that is the interest. In the end, I will be offering iron. I have a few already spoken for.

I'm really hoping to be able to offer blocks that are made just for the OHV's so that no extra work needs done to the block to accommodate the head. It will eliminate ports in the block and allow for much more coolant capacity.

Good for you Tod, I'm 81 years old and hope to see the end results of your efforts. I think it would be great to get an aluminum overhead engine without spending $40K for a Donovan. Keep up the good work. Bill and I remain impressed. Think how Vermin would run with that in it. Wow!

I hope you see the results also, for many years to come. I am very anxious to see things roll along this year.

What makes you think that you will be getting the new head for less than $40K.
Seriously, I'm just kidding. :D
Tod, congratulations and thanks for all your great work. Wish you every success in your endeavors.
