30-31 Roadster "Hip Panel" Upholstery?

Having a hard time understanding how the 30-31 roadster Hip panels (the triangular area behind the door, next to the front seat back cushion) are upholstered. The Cowl and door panels are easy as they are cardboard panels popped in or screwed flat to the body. The hip panels are somehow material wrapped around the 3 pieces of wood... but those pieces are blind bolted to the body, so I don't see how it can be done.

Anyone done one of these recently?

Thanks Bob! That does help a bit... but I do still have a question on how the leather meets the steel body on top and doorframe... is it butt against the steel and tacked, or is it wrapped around under the wood? It just seems like it would be hard to tighten the wood pieces back up after it is all upholstered.

That is a covered panel too.It is sort of open and unsupported in the rear, but it is covered by the backrest.
