windsheild crank

Is there still someone out there that buys cores for 35-6 windsheild cranks , there was a guy on east coast that would swap a rebuilt for 4 or 5 cores?

Re: windsheild crank

There was a guy in MA I believe who rebuilt these WS winding mechanisms, but he passed away years ago and that business may have been taken over by Joe's Antique Auto Parts. I bought several repro WS winders for 35-36 from Bob Drake and have been very happy with them.

Edit update: It was "Chet/Ma" who I remembered as someone who rebuilt windshield winding mechanisms.

How do you think, is he still works with such things? Because I need the same service for my car
