What is the prefered "cut-off" month between the 1928-mid 1930 vs mid 1930-1931 Open and Closed Cab bodies?

Also the prefered "cut-off" month between the 1931 "soft-top" vs the 1931 "steel-top" Closed Cab body?

Also the prefered "cut-off" month between the 1928-mid 1931 narrow bed Pickup body vs the mid 1931 wide bed Pickup body?

well the 28/29 style cabs and sheetmetal cabs were used on AA's to roughly June of 30.
