1949 Mercury car door hinge bolts?

Any advice on how to remove the door hinge bolts from my '49 Merc? They are large Phillips or Posi-drive bolts.

I have used an impact screw driver such as this with success. But that is all dependent on the condition of the screws.

If you don't care about the paint a propane torch with one of the impacts mentioned above worked for me.

Some of the Mercs get rusted up pretty bad inside the door. Heat it red hot and it might free a badly rusted one. A person has to be prepared to drill the heads on some.
