Hi John,
Similar valve seat cutting tools are still made. I have some vintage sets of cutters like yours, and I guess that they were made since the 1930s.

I'm sure it's a Nuway that Snap-On sold under there name..looks like 1952..

How about putting a quarter in the top of that picture of your valve cutter. Beautiful set of tools.

Ok, I didn't have a quarter so I included a 6" rule in a new picture. I shows the V8 adapter which would make it from 1932 and on as far as a date.
