Has any one ever put a rear sliding window in a 30 31 closed cab pickup truck.I would like to do this

No I have not, but welcome to the ford barn. If you put your location sometimes it helps us and you find persons close by that can help you with things.

I think I would look at the roll down rear window they used in some of the '31 coupes. Although not a factory installation it would appear more era correct.

There was a non-Ford accessory rear window which was hinged along the top so it could open inward and fasten to the roof. In the book, "Those Wonderful Unauthorized Accessories," on Page 147 there is an advertisement for this window which was known as the DeLuxe Rear Wind-O For Fords.

I mention this accessory window because you may be able to fabricate one or have one made for you.

I was looking for a slider like in a modern truck. I like to tourer in the truck and it gets very warn in the cab on a hot day. I am in northwest ohio. I saw that macs has slider windows down to 34 i think. or if some one new some body that costom make a window Brad
