Correct top material for a 29 Tudor

Is it long grain or short grain? The old one I removed was short grain as compared to my friends 31 Tudor. Thanks,

Neither one is exactly like original, but long grain is suggested. My 29 Tudor also had a new short grain top when I bought it, and I like the looks of the short grain better, so I'll leave it.
