Ford's Memphis Assembly Plant Does anyone have a copy of the Memphis Assembly Plant taken in the 1920's-1930's preferably from the air?
It is a single story complex. Thanks. pluck |

Re: Ford's Memphis Assembly Plant Steve: I can share a photo of a four story building that according to the Memphis newspaper was the second location of the former FMC assy plant. Info also states this building was demo'd in 2012. Email me, and I will discuss some other interesting info re. Memphis Plant with you. Jim...

Re: Ford's Memphis Assembly Plant Larry...I will sure try. I'm not much for cutting, pasting and all. Perhaps Don Bader can do it for me.

Maybe if it helps me find old friends and classmates, I'll look into it. |
Re: Ford's Memphis Assembly Plant GOT IT! Was sent to me from an orginization in Memphis.
However it is an airial photo from 1940 but still the photo I want as there were no changes to it from 1928 to 1940 it looks like. Pluck |

Re: Ford's Memphis Assembly Plant There are images on google image. I don't know how to paste them here. I remember the plant and had been inside when it had a truck parts distributor as its last tenant. There were two plants in Memphis. I am guessing you are referring to the single story plant at the river (now McKeller Lake).
