Yes it's messed up. You can hardly see what the topics are but when you click on the
thread you can read it ok.

Re: AA Ford discussion Forum

Hi, Mike here from the AA-Fords forum. The forum software was upgraded on the 25th. The new version changed styles considerably, plus fonts, graphics etc.

When I first launched the site after the upgrade I saw the same thing (circles with red lines), refreshing my browser cleared up the display and I've not had any issues with any of the 3 computers I typically use to access the forums, refreshing cleared it up for each one.

If refreshing the browser (method varies depending on your browser) doesn't clear it up, then purging the browser cache should do it as well. That will remove all cached images, style sheets etc for the old forum layout.

I found this handy website that shows how to clear the cache in several browsers. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Did what Mike said - worked like a charm! In the latest version of Chrome on how to fix it:

Upper right corner 3 vertical dots - click it
then Settings (3rd from bottom)
scroll all the way down and click Show Advanced Settings
then under Privacy click Clear Browsing data
I only selected Cached images and files
then click clear browsing data

then retry the forum and it worked for me!

It says I don't have permission to view it.

There are no dots in the upper right corner, or anyplace else.

I'm glad it is doing fine for you. But obviously it is not for several other people.

Hmm - What/How to "refresh a browser"? Maybe close and re-start?

I got it working but now it won't let me sign in to my regular e-mail account. Something is still very wrong with the site. I was talking with Mike yesterday.

Re: AA Ford discussion Forum

I use Google Chrome as my browser & had the same problem (circles with lines) I talked to Mike & he told me to refresh my browser. I did what is called a "hard refresh" as well as emptied the cache. It worked perfectly & actually my forums are all a little faster now.
If you are also using Google Chrome, hit the F-12 key, when the screen changes, right click on the refresh button (circular line with arrow at the end located up in the left corner) a drop down box with give you a couple of choices as to how you want to refresh. As I said, I did the hard refresh with the cache emptying ....Hope this helps someone!
