juice to mechanical I want to change from juice brakes to mechanical brakes on a 1930 model A . Can someone tell me what all of my juice brake parts should be worth when I get ready to sell them,

Re: juice to mechanical are they balls of rust like most hydraulic brakes if they sit a long time? Wheel cyl any good? The backing plates would be worth something but if the rest has sat with dark rusty fluid its junk...

Re: juice to mechanical If they're "JUNK" to you, they'd be "JUNK" to someone else also!---Everybody "thinks" they'll get "RICH"---Like asking $20,000.00 for a $3,070.00 car.

Re: juice to mechanical The 42-48 backing plates are worth more than 39-41 plates. The 42-48 have self centering shoes,

Re: juice to mechanical In answer to your question "Can someone tell me what all of my juice brake parts should be worth when I get ready to sell them?", NO unless you just want a range. The range is 0 to $3000. Are they worn out '39-'48 Ford with drums that are so far turned they can't be used. Does the master cylinder and bracket come with the package? Are they Lincoln brakes with new drums? Too many unknowns. By the way, why are you changing? Any chance you could find someone that wants to swap systems?
