16" rim width and offset needed

I am swaping out the stock 19" rims on my 1930 Model A Tudor for 1935 16" rims. Wanting to use the biggest tire I can fit under the fender I am looking for suggestions on rim width, offset, and so forth. My rims are currently at Pico Wheel waiting for information.
