Float A Motor Mounts tightening

Does anyone have a way to gauge how much to tighten the just the side FAM mounts with the doughnuts?
Also, should the thru bolts be a snug fit in the doughnut holes ?

just so they ever so slightly bulge, my nylon lock is just at the tip of the bolt.
this and my alternator... are my visible non-stock/period, items.

While I was playing with FAMs, I put in new rubbers and the bolts were pretty snug through the holes. I bought some fine threaded bolts and nyloc nuts and spent some time tightening them about a quarter turn at a time. I found with them too loose it made the clutch jumpy, slowly tightened until the clutch was better, which also made more vibration, doh! I have a new clutch now, would be interesting to try again.

thank you; the bolts that came with the ductile iron kit are undersized for the holes. I'm not sure it matters as long as the doughnuts are snug enough. I have nylocks as well .

the bolts are un-sized, so they don't hit the sides of the cast mounts, and transmit noise/vibrations.
