1934 Oil Pan Removal 4 Attachment(s)
I figure out how to post my pics. Here are the pics for my oil pan removal.

Re: 1934 Oil Pan Removal Good on you I took my pan off in place was a pain!

Re: 1934 Oil Pan Removal Can someone tell me if one of the gears in the oil pump is suppose to be lose like in my pic. When I took the screen cover off I discovered one bad screen and a lose gear. Also, by looking at the first pic, does it show the block to be a '33 / '34 versus a '35 / '36?

Re: 1934 Oil Pan Removal Yes, one of the gears should be loose as it is held in place on its shaft by the bottom cover. Judging from your first photo you have a '33-'34 engine block.

Re: 1934 Oil Pan Removal Thanks David. That is what I was hoping for in both cases.
