32 bumper brackets
 

Are the horse shoe or C markings, the only type of marking on original bumper brackets? Do some have X marks?

While those with a capital "C" seem to be the most commonly encountered, those with an "X" are not rare and then there are some with no marks at all. Original '32 bumpers were also made by the same two suppliers who stamped them with X or C.

Thank you David, very much. I saw an X on my original bumper and have one on the brackets, just wanted to make sure.
