1929 Roadster rear bumper

Is it possible that a 1929 Roadster would have had a one piece rear bumper - similiar to the front? Or were they all split ( two piece) on the rear?

Appears it was an option to have full rear bumper in '28-'29 if a sidemount spare was fitted. Service bulletin for June & July '29 show full bumper with luggage rack & 'rack & trunk fitted.
But from Aug '29 Ford Canada offered a 'Sport Roadster' which had a full rear bumper & sidemount spare fitted from factory,If that is not good enough , some US Sport Roadsters' were also marketed in California & displayed at San Fran. Auto Show in Oct. '29.

there are at least two photos in the service bulletins showing a full rear bumper on a sedan with a trunk rack

Thanks for the info. For now I will leave the full rear bumper on and begin searching for a nice two piece to put on (at the right price.)

It was suggested as far back as in the March 1928 Ford Service Bulletin page 230. It was refered to as the "Cross Bar Type" which, if desired by the owner, a changeover could of been done
