Figured out leaky carb...

It would help if the people at Tilly would put the pin through the float but I guess they would rather have it sitting in the bottom of the bowl....I'm too busy fixing old rusty stuff. I don't need to work on new parts.

The needle on the Tillotson should be staked in place before installing the float. In other words take small hammer and tap the needle to the seat a couple of time's.
