1933 vs 34 Victoria Apart from hood and grille are there differences in the 33vs34 Victoria bodies? I thought is was something in the back??? Pics would be great if they are different.

Re: 1933 vs 34 Victoria 1934 Vicky, kind of a flatback with opening trunk.
https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/attach...4&d=1474500640 1933 Vic, with prominent "bustle" below the belt line.......my favorite! Note how short the rear seat side window is on the Vickys. The last one showing the trunk open. As V8 COOPERMAN said, 1934 is the only model with the opening trunk. |

This particular car is a very early production model with the "skirtless" fenders. There are also other differences that were only on the first of the 1933 models, such as the way the Spare Wheel is attached etc. This is a very car. |
Re: 1933 vs 34 Victoria Thanks everyone for the education on this.

While on the subject of Ford Victorias, I thought I would add a photo of the first model Ford Victoria that was available with a V8 engine. This body style was first offered in 1930 for the Model A. This fine example pictured above is a 1932 Ford V8 Victoria. |
Re: 1933 vs 34 Victoria Mercman, great pic of a great car.
