Model T VIN?

Does anyone know where the VIN would be located on a 1927 Model T Sedan? I appreciate any input you might have. Thank you.

The engine no. is the VIN. It will be on the left side of the block above the water inlet fitting. On a 27 the same no. should be stamped on the frame about where the passenger's right foot would rest. It is not unusual for these not to match due to an engine replacement at some time.

Thank you. Would the number on the frame be visible without removing the body?

Yes just take out the floor board(s). You might have to clean off the top rail of the frame to see it.

Again, thank you very much.
