Does the headliner and header trim parallel the header or the bow curvature?

If you are referring to the seams in the headliner, they run side to side, not back to front. The headliner is tacked along the seams to the roof bows.

On the kit I just installed, the header trim has a slight curvature on the top to mimic the arch of the bows.
