1929 Rear Fender Help

Has anyone used the 10" Rear Fenders?

What did you do to compensate for the difference in size from the running board to the fender.

I have ideas but thought I would first see if anyone else had tackled this.

Thanks for the help

What exactly is a 10" rear fender? not familiar with this term.
What body style are you working on?
photos would certainly help.

My guess is you are talking about the 10" wide bed pick up fenders used on the wide bed and 31 postal trucks. Not sure why these would be used on anything other, maybe a little more info on what you are trying to do.

Folks used rear fenders for a wind guard, for their wash pots. Chief found a Model A fender by someones' pot & traded an Old Chevy fender for it!
