Why am I getting this message when I try to answer an ad?

dean from bozeman, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have tried to contact the administrator but have had no reply.

HELP!

Dean, you can no longer reply to a post in swap meet, you must private message or email the poster.

Dean there is a sticky at the top pf the page on the swap meet that explains it .,

As I too was baffled with this problem, I take solace that I am/was not alone. It was quite a while back that I found the answer that has been posted above.
And that is what I do now on "THE SWAP MEET".

Ryan change the way people reply to ads because there was getting too much back chatter about what people were selling and not all of it was good.
