31 (late) exhaust manifold
 

Anyone have a picture they can post? My coupe had a flat spot just above the bottom of the bend. A couple of us were looking at that this morning and had the idea that perhaps that was the later style. My friend went home and removed his manifold and the back side toward the engine has a crack that cover the entire back of his manifold, just at bottom of the bend, barely below the flat spot.

A while back someone was reproducing exhaust manifolds, and they used the late '31 with the reinforced 'meat' for the template/model from which to make the reproductions. I do not know what is being used/sold by today's vendors, but some of these earlier reproductions are still floating around out there.
