Mystery Stromberg Carburetor

So I saw this carb at a swap meet a web ago and thought it was interesting. What can you tell me about it? I figure it was one of many types of aftermarket Model A carburetors available.

It looked like it would fit on a Model A given the flange for connecting to the air intake. Would it be possible to fit this to the intake? I assume that it has a built in fuel pump that is vacuum driven? It's pretty neat.

Any further info on whether it would work on a Model A?
