need help with vacuum routing; '69 Ranchero 302

Trying to get a relative's Ranchero running after an engine fire and sitting 5-6 years. The vacuum hose going from the pictured block was gone and I don't see where it went. I'm assuming this is just a block to provide vacuum to two locations. There is a reserve vacuum canister in the right fenderwell, maybe it goes there? The remaining hose goes to the transmission modulator. Thanks in advance for your help.

power brakes? how about vac. operated air cleaner housing inlet door? cap off to get it running. vac canister could be for heat/ac controls, hideaway headlights if equiped

If it originally had a dual diaphragm dist., the inboard port had manifold vac to it via a water temp controlled valve. The vac reservoir you mentioned had manifold vac to it too. None of the ports appear large enough for a brake booster. As mentioned the air cleaner hot air door used manifold vac., also if it had a smog pump it required manifold vac. In '69 the Ranchero didn't offer hide away headlights, so no vac there. Just block all them off to get it running, then add in what you need

Looks like one of those should connect to a steel line leading down to the automatic trans, maybe thats the one that is looped towards the back. The open port likely is for the air cleaner if it still had the factory air cleaner. If it has an aftermarket air cleaner maybe the bypassed port went there. Then the clean shiney open port might be for a vac canister.
