32-34 Ford for just the cap. Looks like it may have been chromed. The originals look like bare metal. A reproduction cap is available.

that looks like the cap for the 4 cyl. , did the early v8 use it too?

bingo you got it. my buddy found one in his stash. he said 32-34 4 banger.
