Bronze tag in wiring harness...
 

Found a bronze tag within an old wiring harness near the light switch on the transmission. Wire was only 8 inches long.

1-1/2 inches long, 3/16 inches wide, two pointed ends but NO Ford script (bummer) nor any numbers anywhere.

I guess they came without the script also!

Batteries went dead on my camera.

I have a couple of those tags with the Ford script somewhere but thought they were onlt T era - did they continue into 1929???

My original 29 Model A Fordor has no such tag.

Your would not have it at all. It ended Feb 28

These tags were on the 2 harness's on the E28 only.. it ended approx Feb 28 if I remember. they are little tags with ford script on them. Keep in mind that there are 2 harness's for the E28., from the Light bail, and then from the light switch on the tranny back. Here are some pictures for you all.

Thanks Mark...That is just like the one I have except without the Ford Script. The one I dug out of this harness only had about 3/16 showing.
