Prior to trying to investigate oversized jet problems, did you check to see if:

1. Your carburetor float level may be set too high?

2. Your GAV may be not seating properly and leaking?

If it hasn't already been done you may need to replace your jets with a set of flow tested jets from Renner's.

If you are using an air filter you should also use a balance tube on the carb.

sounds like carb rebuild time or just purchase one from berts whichever suits you best

are you setting the air bleed properly?

If you have an air cleaner on it try taking it off and see what happens.
I've had problems when the filter gets to dirty.
