8BA rebuild lettering??
 

I have picked up a barn find 8BA for a bigger bargain than I ever expected. Upon disassembly I found the engine to be perfect with very few miles. I think this was a Ford rebuild from back in the day. All new Ford script valves led me to believe this. Stamped into the passenger side intake surface, just under the 1 & 2 intake ports there are letters "FDC8". Is this an indication of a rebuild???
