installing armrests on 1933 model B

Would it be too sacrilegious to install arm rests into a standard 1933 model B original interior? Is it an easy install of just a few screws or could it damage the original interior?
Or should I just purchase proper color pillows to use as armrests?

I think I will just order some velvet pillows of the proper color...I could probably design the exact size I need to fit in the rear seat. You are right I hate to change anything original.
