KRW Tool 2194A

Local antique shop has a KRW tool marked 2194A. I can not find it in my 29 or 31 books. Does anyone have a later book that has this listed? Would like to know the intended application. Thanks Rod

this is a clamp for holding wheel cylinders in place on 39-48 fords when changing brake shoes pictures of tool group in 1940 krw catolog
