46 47 48 Steering Wheel Question

I want to put a 46-48 deluxe steering wheel on my 1950 F1 pickup. Do those wheel come with spline or key way hub?

46-48 wheels are keyed

Do they make some kind of adapter or would You have to change the steering shaft to still use the 46-48 keyed wheel?
