1930 A Roadster PU Rear Spring Leafs
 

I am putting together a 1930 Model A Roadster Pickup. It sure is rough riding. Any Advise on how many leaves should there be to make it smooth riding? How many leaves in the front springs? Any help sure appreciated. Mongodog Oklahoma

6 sacks of concrete mix in the bed right up next to the tailgate do wonders for a smoother ride.

I took out a couple of leaves on my 30 CCPU rear

I used a roadster spring also, I think it rides good..

Roadster springs are 7 leaves. Normal 1930 CCPUs have 10.
